Grace & Grit Marketing™ is a founder-led marketing agency based in Shelby, NC. Since 2008, we have helped small businesses and independent medical practices get found, build trust, and drive leads and sales. We work with local businesses in Shelby and Cleveland County and with medical practices nationwide, including aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, med spas, cosmetic dentistry, chiropractic, concierge medicine, and direct primary care. Every plan is custom, built around the business and its goals, with a website as the foundation. The website, search, and advertising work as one system. Clients work directly with founder Andrea Rodgers.

The audit and the plan are yours to keep, whether or not you hire us for the work. You decide where to start.
Build.
Once you approve the plan, we do the work. You review and approve it before anything goes live.
Evaluate.
Every engagement includes a monthly report covering what was done, what moved, and what happens next. We do not promise rankings. We commit to the work and to clear reporting. There is no fixed term. Either side can end the work with 60 days written notice.
